Okay people, it's two days until Halloween and I still have no idea what I'm going to dress up as! Suggestions would be vastly appreciated! Also, I don't want to be 'that guy' but are there going to be any events going down that I should be aware of? I'd hate to spend Halloween alone in my dorm playing Katamari with Ron (no offense Ron and no offense Katamari.)

Okay, so it's less than two weeks until No Way Out, and I couldn't be more excited*! I was worried I wasn't going to get to watch it live (not that I would download it or anything *innocent look*) because the dorm TVs don't have pay-per-view but as it turns out the local Lambada Lambada Lambada (try saying that three times fast, lol) is hosting a viewing party in the biolab. If anyone wants to come with me I promise I'll explain everything and it'll be tons of fun!

Other than that things have been good. I tried corned beef hash for the first time yesterday and it was pretty okay, I guess. Also my Great Aunt I guess forgot my birthday or something because she sent me a "Now We Are Six" card with 200 dollars in it. So, yay for me!

Random Question: Who the hell stole my bodywash from the dorm shower? If anyone has it, please put it back in my locker, I promise I won't get mad or call the cops or anything. Also please give back my loofa.

*before anyone starts, yes I know pro wrestling is fake, no it isn't stupid, you're the one who is stupid, and it's totally fun and cheesy and campy and is a great guilty pleasure.

Hemi- thanks so much for that really fun evening! I know it was just getting drunk in the woods but I had a blast, except for the throwing up afterward. Hopefully we can get together again sometime?

Frankie- How are you liking those CDs? We should hang out again soon- I got the peanut butter cookie recipe from my dad and maybe we could cook together sometime?

Tom- I got through the passage I was talking to you about but now I'm stuck AGAIN!! LOL. Anyway, can you help me with it? I talked to the tutoring center and they said that if you wanted to make it official they could pay you for both Latin and German! Give them a call if you're intrested- they are some seriously nice people!

Frankie, I got those CDs burned for you, so if you want to stop by feel free! Astor 190! Heck, other people can stop by as well if they want. Not that my single has much room for more than one person at a time. I guess maybe two people, if someone was okay with sitting on the floor, but I wouldn't want to ask people to do that. Woah, seriously lost my train of thought there. Anyway, point is- entertain me! (here we are now, entertain us..:-P)

I have been SWAMPED with work lately. I know, it's my fault for taking 20 credits. But I mean, what was I supposed to think? I took 21 credits at Gantry and...okay, most of that was just so that I could transfer out as soon as possible with as many entry level courses done as possible, but still? Super freakin' easy. I didn't even have to show up to half the lecture classes (I almost typed GLASSES, lol), and the discussion classes- well, suffice it to say that the fact that I even did the reading made me far and away the class superstar according to my professors. I knew it was going to be harder at Meridian, I just didn't know HOW much harder. *sighs* Oh well. I only have myself to blame.

Ron: the answer to your problem is that ctrl-alt-delete only works on PCs, not Macs.

Hey everybody! I've been here for what feels like forever and I still don't know that many people! What's up with <i>that</i>? So I was thinking of throwing a party as a sort of get to know you kind of thing. It could be large or it could be small- I have a ton of DVDs so we could watch some of those if anybody is interested- and it can be kind of a potluck thing so that everybody has enough to eat? I don't know people, I'm just throwing out ideas! Anyway, just leave a comment if you are interested and tell me what you'd be interested in. If no one wants to come that's okay too, I understand people are really busy so don't feel pressured or anything :)! Except Ron, he has to come!

Sorry for the lack of updates-- as soon as I found out this thing was mandatory I ran out of stuff to say almost instantly. So what to write about? I got a letter back from home. Apparently Fred (my older brother) made varsity in his nine millionth sport at Gantry U, and Claude (also my older brother) just got a job working for some landscaping friends of my dads. Whatever floats his boat- I'd much rather be sitting here in my air conditioned single writing in livejournal than having sweaty guys pin me to the ground or threaten me with leaf blowers or clippers or whatever the heck they use on rich people's lawns. Speaking of rich and famous dudes and ladies, does anyone know of anybody of any import with the name Harry Lewis? I was talking with Jane (Hi Jane!!!) the other day about scholarships and she mentioned something about some "name" thing. I checked around and apparently a lot of scholarship people have pretty fancy names- but Harry Lewis is so plain I can't even imagine why somebody would give me a scholarship based on it. Maybe I look like a famous dude? Yeah right. Unless the scholarship is for people who could make great "before" pictures in proactive ads I doubt it. Oh well. Time to go over to Ron's and set up his AIM client- he's never even used instant messaging before! Can you belive that? That dude is WEIRD with a capital W (just joking Ron!!!!) Laters!!

All right!! New start, new beginnings. This is good. Don't panic, clear head, wooooooo! You guys ever tried Red Bull? That stuff in IN-SANE! These people outside the campus center were giving some out and I went back for seconds and then I went back for THIRDS and now I'm in my dorm! Crazytown! I saw a flyer for cheerleading tryouts in the lobby- think I'm going to do that. I just hope no one contacts the team at my old college- but they'd never do that, right? Of course not! THis is the freshest most def respect Harry Sinclair Lewis coming at you live and direct and what the hell amd I saying I need to lie down now and





All right. It's about five hours since I last typed that. I think what I was trying to express is that I'm happy to have a new start at Meridian  College and that things this year should be completly excellent. I'm going to go try to clear the fuzz in my head by saying hi to some of the dorm people. See you guys later!
